Shipping & Delivery Policy

Courier Delivery – Istanbul Only

Orders placed for addresses within Istanbul are delivered via our in-house courier vehicles. Depending on the type of product, delivery can be made on the same day or the next day.

Domestic Shipping – Within Turkey

Orders placed before 16:00 (4 PM) are shipped on the same day via UPS Türkiye, excluding Fridays and Saturdays. You will receive an email notification once your order is dispatched.

To ensure maximum freshness, orders placed just before the weekend are shipped the following Monday.

The average delivery time across Turkey is 1–3 business days.

(Please note: some rural towns and villages may have delivery only on certain days of the week.)

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via DHL Express and are dispatched on the next business day after the order is placed.

Estimated Delivery Times (Major Cities Only):

• Europe: 1–3 business days

• USA: 1–4 business days

• Middle East: 1–4 business days

• Far East: 1–4 business days

⚠️ Orders that include tray-packed (tepsi) items are shipped in special boxes due to international transport conditions.

• All listed prices include VAT (KDV).

• Please provide a complete shipping address and phone number to ensure accurate delivery.

• Babazade cannot be held responsible for typographical errors or pricing inaccuracies.

• Payments can be made in TRY (₺) or USD ($).

• International prices may differ from local Turkish pricing due to shipping and local taxation.
