CANCELLATION POLICY


According to the Turkish Commercial Code (TTK), there is no right of withdrawal for food products. However, as we prioritize customer satisfaction, we offer a return or free replacement for orders that have not yet been shipped, or for products that are damaged during transportation and have lost their original condition.


Please note that if you are no longer at the delivery address at the time of shipment, or if your order fails to arrive in time for a special occasion or event, the right of withdrawal does not apply.


RETURN CONDITIONS AND REQUESTS


If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you may request a return within 1 day of receiving your order by contacting us through www.babazadebaklava.com under the following conditions:


You are not required to pay any shipping fees for returns within Turkey. Please send the package back via UPS as “Cash on Delivery”(receiver pays).

Note: Returns are not accepted for international orders.


Eligible Return Conditions:

If the packaging is damaged during shipping

If the product is significantly deformed and has lost its original quality due to transport


In such cases, you may choose between:

A full refund, or

A free replacement of the same order


How to Submit a Return Request?


Before sending the product back, please email us at info@babazadebaklava.com and include:

Your reason for return

Details of the product to be returned

A photo of the damaged item, if applicable


If the outer box or the product is damaged upon delivery, please ask the courier to prepare an official damage report to ensure your return is processed smoothly.


Return Requirements:

All products must be returned with their original packaging and invoice.


How to Arrange Return Shipping?


You can contact UPS for return shipments.

When shipping, inform the courier that the receiver is:

This ensures the shipment is sent as cash on delivery, and you do not need to pay for shipping.
